Flour g 520 Margarine g 260 Fabbri Vegan Base g 8 Sugar g 250 Water g 65 Fabbri Vanilla Super Delipaste g 25 Lemon paste g 10
Mix the water, lemon paste and Vegan Base; add the remaining ingredients. Knead as for a normal shortcrust pastry and leave to rest in the fridge.
Bake in a static oven at 170° C (with the valve closed) for 25 minutes.
