Heat the water, sugar and Vegan Base at 55-60 °C in the microwave. Pour into the mixer and whip like a meringue. Pour in the icing sugar and mix from the bottom up. Lastly, add the chopped hazelnuts. Form the Brutti ma Buoni biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 120 °C for 80 minutes.
