Fabbri NEVEPANN 150 MIX base is a hot, high dosage base (150g/l of milk). Without flavours, it is ideal for making cream-flavoured ice creams with the addition of flavouring pastes.
Rich in milk proteins, it gives the ice cream a good overrun and excellent stability in the shop window. The presence of vegetable fats contributes to making the ice cream creamier and more stable, even with temperature changes.
