Fabbri's GELTOCREAM 100 base is a low-dosage hot base (100g/l of milk), rich in sugars and with a low-fat milk content. The delicate vanilla flavouring makes it a pleasant base to use as a base for fatty pastes, as the flavour does not mask the flavour of the flavouring paste.
