Peanut and Caramel Cake

Its an alternative version of a traditional cheesecake with a bolder and richer taste for peanuts and caramel enthusiasts.



  • 1 l white base
  • 50 g Nonna Rachele paste
  • 30 g milk
  • Amarena Fabbri Mou Marbling
  • Amarena Fabbri Peanut Marbling

For the Gelato

Mix the white base with Nonna Rachele paste and milk, and place in the batch freezer.

For the Decoration

Extract from batch freezer and add Mou and Peanut Marbling.
