Ingredients

  • 1 l white base
  • 70 g Nonna Rachele paste
  • 30 g fresh cream
  • Fabbri Kroccant
  • crumbled shortcrust pastry

For the Gelato

Mix the white base with Nonna Rachele paste and cream, and place in the batch freezer.

For the Decoration

Extract from the batch freezer and add the chocolate chips, pieces of crumbled shortcrust pastry and the Fabbri Kroccant.
