Brownies are low, fudgy American treats that get their name from their dark brown colour.



  • 1 l Fabbri Gran Cioccolato base
  • 40 g Nonna Rachele paste
  • 60 g milk
  • Fabbri Kroccant
  • brownies in pieces

For the Gelato

Mix the Fabbri Gran Cioccolato base with Nonna Rachele paste and milk, and place in the batch freezer.

For the Decoration

Extract the Gelato from the batch freezer, fold in the pieces of  brownies and Fabbri Kroccant, and top with more.
