An intense and limpid acacia honey yellow, it takes on very pale straw yellow tones when diluted. Its aroma features intense citrus notes of bergamot, grapefruit and chinotto. It tastes fresh, intense and well balanced to the palate, with a persistent aftertaste. Ideal with clear spirits (vodka and gin), sparkling wines and soft drinks (tonic) and beer. Perfect for the Spritz Due Soli, while combined with beer and Fabbri 1905 Mixybar Mandarin it creates the surprising Due Soli SBritz, which can also be made in a ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
