Salvatore Trigilio

Salvatore, from Sicily, has owned a gelato parlour and pastry shop in the province of Siracusa for 10 years now.

He draws inspiration from tradition to reinvent his products in a modern key. He has recently also specialised in the creation of chocolate sculptures and has expanded his range to include pralines.
