A beverage professional, Alessandro has been working with Fabbri for more than ten years. He looks after new product research and development; training for internal and external, Italian and international sales networks and direct customers; the technical organisation of events such as trade fairs, happenings and cocktail competitions; training, coordination and refresher courses for Italian and international brand ambassadors.
He was born in Bologna 44 years ago. As a real nightlife enthusiast, 20 years ago he started working in a historic Bolognese nightclub to pay for his studies. After falling in love with bartending, he gave up his studies to devote himself to it body and soul. Since then, he has divided his time between Bologna, the Adriatic Riviera, and the Veneto Riviera, adding to his experience with barista skills, mixology and American flair bartending, an acrobatic technique in which he has even been national champion.
Alessandro is an excellent teacher who not only succeeds in passing on his art, but also in getting his students involved and making them passionate about bartending.
