At the Fabbri Stand he will hold a workshop dedicated to children, creating two surprising recipes live - Choco Amarena and Nuvola Fabbri - dedicated to children who accompany their parents to the coffee shop.
AMARENA FABBRI CORNER
A special corner is dedicated to the legendary Amarena Fabbri, where you can discover and taste it in all its variations, as a transversal ingredient to the worlds of pastry and cocktails. There are four themed showcases dedicated to the meeting between Amarena Fabbri and the world of desserts - subzero patisserie + bakery patisserie; pralineria; sweets from all over the world with Amarena Fabbri; gelato - which will be flanked by a large tasting area. The gelato display case will consist of 8 flavours (Simplè Amarena Fabbri; Crema Rusa; Crema Santo Stefano; Amarè), half of which will be winners of the Amarena 100 e lode and Scirubetta competitions (Fabbri amarena tart; Amarena in Love; Setteveli Choco Amarena; Meteore), recognisable by a special "taste marker". Their creators will be present at the Stand on Sunday, 19 January. The praline display case, on the other hand, is by the Perugian maître chocolatier, Nicola Maramigi, creator of Elisir Amarena Fabbri, a praline that reinterprets a recipe from over 100 years ago, adapting it to a modern palate. The display case will host 8 other types of chocolates, all of which, of course, have Amarena Fabbri in common. The subzero pastry + bakery display case will contain 11 traditional Italian and international delicacies - from Semifreddo all'Italiana to Amarenamisù, passing by Pinza Bolognese Amarena Fabbri or Sacher Amarena Fabbri - based on the Bologna company's know-how. Lastly, the display case of desserts from all over the world featuring Amarena Fabbri will offer the chance to embark on a gourmet international tour, which will seduce the public with unusual combinations that interpret the confectionery traditions of different continents with creativity and mastery.
