World champion of flair bartending, superstar and influencer of mixology with almost half a million followers, a well-known face on TV, already included in 2010 – in his early twenties – among the Top 10 bartenders of the world and Fabbri 1905 ambassador since 2018.
President: Cinzia Ferro. One of the most winning Italian Bar ladies, internationally awarded, soul of the Extremadura Caffè of Verbania and, since September, bar manager of the prestigious restaurant Piano 35 in Turin entrusted to the star-studded Marco Sacco. She won the first title of Lady Amarena in 2015 with her cocktail "E raccontò... come Amare Nanà" dedicated to the love story of her great-grandparents.
Silvia Belluzzi. She is a catering entrepreneur, CEO of Fourghetti, a format and brand that she designed and started together with star-studded chef Bruno Barbieri. From Bologna the Fourghetti project – a brand born from the idea of conviviality of the famous "four (spa)ghetti among friends" – developed in other Italian cities and is preparing to arrive in Miami with the idea of proposing a cuisine suitable for everyone with the spirit of a bistro.
Nicole Cavazzuti. Journalist specialised in narrating the universe of international mixology. She writes as a true fan of Leggo, Il Messaggero and Vanity Fair.it, where we find her reports on new clubs, bartenders and trendy cocktails. Furthermore, it is a column of the magazine Mixer with which she has been collaborating for 12 years and which represents Lady Amarena 2019 on the jury.
Valentina Crucil “laragazzachebeve”. Influencer and expert in the world of mixology. Degree in marketing and Master in Social Media & Digital Communication, she involves the reader on her website and on social media in compelling stories of specific culture on the sector, including products, cocktails and bars by discovering the most interesting news on the Italian scene.
Rossella De Stefano. Professional journalist, wine master, she is the director of Bargiornale, Dolcegiornale and Ristoranti, magazines published by the Tecniche Nuove Group. For 25 years she has been studying and observing the dynamics of out and about in Italy and abroad. Judge in national and international mixing and cooking competitions, she combines journalism with organising reference events for the sector.
Sandra Ianni. Expert in food culture and food and wine traditions, she works with various on-line newspapers writing articles focusing on the culture of food. In 2018 she published "At the court of Donna Isabella de' Medici Orsini" in which we discover many of the eating habits of the sixteenth century.
Jessie Smyth. Internationally acclaimed barlady, she began her career in San Francisco with creative "farm to table" drinks based on seasonal vegetables, award-winning creative drinks. She represents her country in the main international competitions always winning the first places and her cocktails are published in Imbibe, GQ, Forbes and Wine Enthusiast. Now Jessie is the Barlady of Genever, a historic Los Angeles cocktail lounge and is proud to support women in all facets of the beverage industry.
Fenia Athanasiadi. Lady Amarena 2017 comes from Greece. Fenia won that edition with a cocktail called "Cuore Caldo": a tribute to the passion and generosity of Rachele Fabbri, who over 100 years ago "invented" the Amarena Fabbri recipe marketed by her husband Gennaro Fabbri: the beginning of a legend.
Ilaria Bello. Today we find her at the TALEA bistro drink bar in Torvaianica (RM) where she is Bar manager and representing Fabbri 1905 as a local brand ambassador. In 2018 she qualified among the finalists of Lady Amarena with a cocktail that intended to celebrate the excellence made in Italy called "L'odore del mondo".
Andriani Vladimirou. Lady Amarena 2018. This enterprising Barlady from Cyprus came to the world of mixology in 2012 to pay for her studies and discovered the passion thanks to which she triumphed at Lady Amarena in 2018 with the Rumanian cocktail that intended pay homage to Italian culture and history.
President: Lucia Montanelli. Born in Viareggio, but a Londoner by adoption, today she is one of the most famous Bar ladies, now head bartender of The Bar at The Dorchester in London which also hosts the star-studded cuisine of Alain Ducasse. Winner of the 2016 World Barman Championship, Sparkling Cocktail category, and many other international trophies.
Isabelle Abram. Born in Paris, she lives and works as a journalist in Modena. She has two great passions: the radio, where she started – and still collaborates with important local and national radio stations – and food & beverage. She reports for EFA News, European Food Agency, the first press agency solely dedicated to the farm and food sector, follows the main trade fairs and courses for Barman, Pastry, Pizzeria of the Modena con Gusto cooking school.
Sandrae Lawrence. She has been an icon of The Daily Telegraph for years, telling about lifestyle, fashion and beauty. Today, together with her husband, she has founded and edited "The Cocktail Lovers" magazine dedicated to the world of cocktails and mixology that has received important awards over the years. Sandrae takes care of the hard copy, the site and is the curator of events and workshops in the sector organised by the magazine.
