Bologna, June 2018 – For the second year in a row, Fabbri 1905 has won the Golden Panda, which is awarded by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China.
On 9th June, during the traditional gala dinner in Shanghai, the award for the best marketing strategy by an Italian firm went to Kevin Lu, General Manager for Fabbri China, representing the Fabbri family. The award was presented by Amedeo Scarpa, director of the Italian Trade Agency Beijing, and Massimiliano Tremiterra, director of the Italian Trade Agency Shanghai.
The award recognises the company’s skill in interpreting Italian food and beverages for the Asian market and promoting them every day in the field.
“Our company chose to come to Shanghai when very few Italian businesses were doing it,” a Fabbri spokesperson said. “We have always sought to promote the culture of Italian foods and beverages in Asia. They are one of our country’s most important heritages and, as such, are to be promoted and protected. We are proud of our commitment as ambassadors of Italian beverages and desserts around the world, so receiving the Golden Panda for the second year makes us very happy.”
