He works on research and development of new products, training of in-house and external sales networks – both in Italy and elsewhere – as well as of direct customers; technical organization of events such as fairs, happenings and cocktail competitions, training, coordination and refreshment of Italian and international brand ambassadors
Born in Bologna, Alessandro Cattani has built up a wealth of experience and passion in his work as a freestyle bartender.
He started out as a freestyler in the Italian north-east, in Emilia Romagna and Veneto, moving on to a number of positions of responsibility before making a name for himself working as a consultant for the JLT Yacht Agency in Venice, where he provides services and performs his art on board a number of prestigious yachts.
Alessandro has won a whole series of national competitions and can be regarded as a true champion in the Flair category, a speciality he invented for acrobatic bartenders, becoming AIBES Flair Director in 2003. Alessandro is an excellent teacher – able not only to convey his art and technical prowess, but also to involve his students in his passion.
Since 2007, Alessandro has worked as a technical consultant for Fabbri 1905, training national and foreign sales forces, at trade fairs, training domestic and foreign customers, creating menus and recipes for Fabbri products, including the home economist service, creating and assessing new product workshops.
