Winner of the historic Longarone Gold Cup, he has worked in numerous pastry shops and gelato parlours in Italy and around Europe. Today he is a Fabbri Master Class demonstrator and lecturer for international markets.
He discovered his passion for pastries at university, dropped out to go to pastry school and then started working with a Venetian pastry shop. As head of production at a German gelato parlour, he gained experience in the gelato world and, in 2015, he won the historic Gold Cup in the Under-30 category at the International Gelato Exhibition in Longarone.
He started working with Fabbri on a feasibility study for a business project abroad.
In December 2017, he joined BU Gelato and Pastry Export as a Fabbri Master Class demonstrator and lecturer for international markets.
