• Tips and suggestions on how to create a good range of flavours and how to maximize the potential of your range
• Tips on the best techniques for presenting hand-crafted gelato
• Practical demonstrations and applying the theories covered during the gelato artisan course
• Observing instructors as they use the proper tools and techniques for the gelato artisan’s profession
• Using the equipment and ingredients needed to make hand-crafted gelato
At the end of the course, you will be given an attendance certificate.
