The Base for sticks is a fiordilatte flavored powder product specially designed for use in combination with Fabbri1905 stick covers as it enhances their structure and hold.
Combined with cream it can be whipped in a planetary mixer, creating a very creamy and compact product, or combined with milk it can be creamed.
Characteristics:
- Practicality: can be made both with a batch freezer and with a planetary mixer.
- Special formulation: the final result is more stable for icing. The edible gelatin contained in its recipe allows you to lengthen the processing times (during the coating process) by limiting the melting of the ice cream itself.
