  • Amarena Fabbri

Preparation

Arrange the still empty petit four cases on a tray or small plate and pour in the Kroccant to form a base. Fill the cases with 1 drained Amarena Fabbri. Cover with Kroccant. Refrigerate for a few minutes. Your pralines will be ready in no time! 

You can make all kinds of pralines, according to your taste and imagination. Try using chopped hazelnuts, almonds or your favourite dried fruit. 

And if you want to impress your guests, here’s a tip from a great chef: form a layer of Kroccant on the bottom of your petit four cases and refrigerate for a few minutes. When the Kroccant has set, pour in a layer of your favourite Fabbri Top: Caramel, Wild Strawberry, Amaretto... there are so many to try! Top with Kroccant and refrigerate again. You won’t believe how quickly they get eaten up!
