Place the sifted flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and chopped nuts in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs gently, then add the milk, Fabbri Maple and melted butter and mix again.
Create a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid ingredients. Stir quickly to mix everything together.
Pour into buttered muffin tins (or paper cases). Decorate each muffin with a walnut kernel.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for approx. 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Top each muffin with Fabbri Maple before serving.
