Fabbri NEVEMAX base is a high dosage hot base (125g/l of milk), rich in premium ingredients such as powdered milk, milk proteins, cream and vegetable fats. Thanks to this formulation it is ideal to obtain a "high" or mounted ice cream. With a slight hint of vanilla, it is ideal for the preparation of cream-flavoured ice creams.
