Clear ruby red with rose highlights, it turns cherry pink when diluted. Its aroma features delicate floral hints of dog rose petals, damask rose and grassy scents. It tastes sweet, smooth and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Ideal paired with citrus juices, liqueurs and clear spirits (gin and vodka). It can be mixed with an excellent vodka to make the Bloom Cocktail.
