Add the Delipaste Gianduione and the milk to the white base.Mix carefully and put in the batch-freeze. Make layers alternating Kroccant and Mou Marbling. (previously warm the Kroccant in the microwave). Before adding the last layer of Marbling, shock freeze for 10 minutes.
