Cream 500 g - Pannamousse 35-40 g
Whole milk 60 g - Fabbriyog 20 g
Mix the cold cream with Pannamousse to rehydrate. Semi whip the mixture in the planetary mixer.
Mix in another bowl FabbriYog and the whole milk. Add this to the mixture, stirring from the bottom to the top.
Pour the peach compote into the glass. Shock freeze and pour the yogurt mousse. Garnish with fresh peaches.
