Kroccant

At a temperature of about 30°C, Kroccant is soft and creamy, but as soon as it comes into contact with the cold it turns into a deliciously crunchy dark and white chocolate decoration, ideal for creating pralines, gelatos, desserts, fruit kebabs, fruit salads and much more... A special decoration for cocktails, highballs, milkshakes and liqueurs.
