Spherology

Spherification is a molecular gastronomy technique which uses natural products to transform liquids (liqueurs, syrups, sauces, coffees, teas, fruit centrifuges) into spheres of different sizes. This technique can be used to make "ravioli" (mid-sized balls) or "caviar" (mini-spheres), which are solid on the outside and liquid inside. With the Fabbri Spherology kit, this transformation process becomes quick and easy.
